No. My work is not caricature drawing and it is not humorous or exaggerated.

On average, I create around 6–10 portraits per hour, depending on the style, guest flow and event schedule.

Yes. My typical capacity is 6–10 guests per hour, but the right approach depends on your event size and goals.

• Creating additional portraits after the event for guests who were not illustrated on site.

• Bringing a team of artists when a higher volume of portraits is required.

Do you provide everything required?

I provide my professional art materials, paper and illustration equipment. The paper is prepared and printed in my studio before the event. If the venue lighting is dim, I can also bring additional lighting.

At the venue, I need:

• A table and chair.

• A suitable, visible location where I am not hidden, so guests can see the work in progress.

• A well‑lit position; a nearby power socket is helpful.

This keeps the setup compact and easy to integrate into receptions, dinners and evening programmes.

Can you work in English and German?

Yes. I work in both English and German and can adapt the communication and interaction at the table accordingly.

This is useful for:

• International companies and teams.

• Events with mixed German and English speakers.

• Client hospitality where a professional, bilingual presence matters.

Where are you available?

I am based in Bavaria, Germany and travel regularly for work throughout Germany. Events in Austria, Switzerland and other European destinations can also be considered.

Travel within approximately 80 km of my studio can be included in the starting package. For evening events that finish late and require more than approximately one hour of travel, overnight accommodation is usually necessary. This can be arranged directly by the client or included in the proposal.

For Christmas and year‑end events, many companies finalise entertainment between late summer and early autumn. Popular December dates can be booked early.

If you are planning a Christmas party or winter celebration:

• Enquiring several months in advance gives you more choice of dates and times.

• January and February winter events are often easier to schedule and can use the same format.

Can additional portraits be created after the event?

Yes. If not all guests can be illustrated during the event, additional portraits can be created afterwards.

These can be based on:

• Photographs taken on site by your photographer or mine.

• Approved images you provide after the event.

Prices for post‑event portraits as original artwork start at €80 per person. Please ask for an individual quote based on your requirements.

To prepare a tailored proposal, it is helpful to know:
