Shipping Information

  • Deutsche Post Delivery: Orders are shipped via Deutsche Post and delivered within 2 to 7 business days.

  • Free Shipping: Available for orders over €50.00.

  • You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been dispatched.

Customs and Duties

  • For orders shipped outside the European Union (EU), customers are responsible for any customs fees and handling charges.

  • Note: Manjachen Sketch is not responsible for any delays caused by customs procedures

Payment Method

  • PayPal: The accepted payment method for all purchases.

  • Payment must be completed before your order is processed for shipping.
