In May 2025, I was invited as a live wedding illustrator to capture a beautiful and intimate reception at Café Venmo in Erlangen, Bavaria. Nestled in the heart of Franconia, the celebration unfolded under warm spring sunlight surrounded by nature, laughter, and love.
Throughout the afternoon, I created personalized watercolor portraits of the wedding guests — each drawn live, in real time. Every illustration became a unique keepsake, blending fine ink linework with expressive watercolor tones that reflected the joy of the moment.
One of the highlights of the day was a live couple painting of the bride and groom, framed by the Orangerie in Erlangen’s Schlossgarten. The artwork, inspired by my urban sketching background, now hangs in their home as a timeless reminder of their special day.
As a wedding illustrator based in Bavaria, I bring elegant, live artistry to weddings and receptions across Germany. From Erlangen and Nürnberg to Munich and Würzburg, my live sketching adds a touch of creativity and emotion that guests remember long after the celebration ends.
