What is your booking and cancellation policy?To secure your booking, a deposit is required. If you need to cancel or reschedule, please reach out as soon as possible. The deposit is refundable up to 30 days before the event date. If the event is canceled within 30 days, the deposit will not be refunded.

Do you travel for events?Yes, I am based in Franconia but available to travel for events across Bavaria and other regions of Germany. Travel fees may apply depending on the distance, so please reach out to discuss your event location.

When should I book your services?It’s best to book your live sketching services as early as possible, especially for peak seasons like weddings, holiday events, and summer festivals in Bavaria. Ideally, booking 2-3 months in advance ensures availability for your preferred date.

What happens if bad weather affects my outdoor event?If your event is outdoors and bad weather is expected, we can discuss backup plans to ensure live sketching can continue seamlessly. I can sketch in covered areas, under tents, or in an indoor space if available. I’ll work with you to find the best solution so your event runs smoothly regardless of the weather.
