Not completely satisfied?

Returns are accepted within 30 days for undamaged and unused items. Simply email us at fizah@manjachen.com to arrange a return. (Return costs apply).

Packaging Details

To ensure your products arrive safely:

•All mugs are shipped in sturdy packaging with double walls to protect them during transit.

•Art prints, cards, and other paper products are packaged with waterproof plastic coverings to protect against moisture.

While we aim to reduce plastic use where possible, some products require it to maintain quality and ensure safe delivery. Your order will always be packed with care to ensure it arrives in perfect condition.

Currently, we ship only within Germany. Orders outside Germany within the EU or beyond are not available for direct purchase.
