Hi, I’m Fizah, your event illustrator. I specialize in creating unique, faceless portraits of your guests, capturing their essence and style in a minimalist fashion. Each piece is crafted on A5 paper, where I’m happy to integrate your event’s branding, such as logos, stamps, or stickers, making each portrait a personalized memento of your special occasion.
Each portrait takes about 5-8 minutes to complete, ensuring that many of your guests can take home a distinctive and stylish representation of themselves. These faceless sketches not only provide a memorable keepsake but also spark conversations and add an artistic flair to the evening.

On-site setup
I will arrive at your event 40 minutes early with everything needed to start sketching. I will bring the art supplies, all I need from you is a table and a chair. Positioned ideally to mingle with guests. I will invite guests to pose for photos, which I will us a references.
Step 3
Live Art Creation
Watch as I bring your guests to life on paper. My quick, elegant sketches capture unique styles and personalities, creating personalized illustrations in real-time for a truly unforgettable experience. Guests are welcome to watch while I paint, but the don't need to queue or wait for the portraits.
Step 4
Memorable Gifts
During the event, I will display the artworks, where everyone can see each others. Each guest receives their own hand-drawn portrait to take home—a memorable, bespoke memento from your unforgettable event.

Packages include a minimum of 3 hours of live sketching, perfect for capturing the essence of your event with a unique artistic flair.

I use only the finest papers and professional art supplies, guaranteeing artworks that not only impresses but lasts.
Sketches are painted on 300gsm A5 artist-grade paper with professional art supplies, guaranteeing durability and longevity.

Protection and Presentation: Each artwork is safeguarded in a clear plastic sleeve to maintain its pristine condition.
For a personalized touch, your logo or brand can be pre-printed on each piece upon request.

Live sketching is not just an art service but a form of entertainment. Each portrait takes about 5-8 minutes, allowing many guests to take home a personal memento. What is live event sketching?Live event sketching is an engaging art service where I capture your guests in real-time, creating personalized, faceless portraits during your event. This unique form of entertainment not only adds an artistic touch but also gives your guests a special keepsake to take home.

How does the live sketching process work?I arrive at your venue 30-40 minutes early to set up. Throughout the event, guests can pose briefly for a quick sketch or I can snap a photo for reference, allowing them to enjoy the event without pause. Depending on the package, a maximum number of sketches are produced live, with the option to continue post-event from photos if not everyone could be accommodated during the event. If you opt for Post Event Service, I will continue to take photos and sketch the rest in my Art Studio. I will then create the sketch based on the photos. At the end of the event, guests can come up and look at the artworks and how see how everyone look like and take their sketches home.

Can guests interact with the artist during the event?Absolutely! Guests are encouraged to watch the sketching process and engage with me. This interaction often enhances the overall experience, making the event more memorable and enjoyable.

Do you offer customized paper to match our event theme?Yes! Customization options include pre-printing your event’s logo or specific graphics on the sketch paper to complement your theme perfectly. If you have a particular design in mind, I’m happy to create a custom template at an additional cost.

What size are the sketches and how are they presented?Sketches are typically on A5 paper, ensuring a quick turnaround for each portrait. Every finished sketch is presented in a clear plastic sleeve with a sturdy backing for protection and easy handling.

What is your booking and cancellation policy?A non-refundable 50% deposit is required to reserve your date. If a booking is canceled within 14 days of the event and full payment has been made, no refund will be provided. In the rare event that I must cancel, a full refund will be issued promptly.

Do you travel for events?Yes, I love to travel for events! Whether your event is local or international, please provide the location and I will offer a custom quote based on travel requirements.

When should I book your services?It’s best to book as soon as possible to secure your desired date, especially during peak event seasons. I recommend reaching out as soon as you have your event details finalized.

What happens if bad weather affects my outdoor event?If inclement weather makes it impossible to hold your outdoor event, you have the option to reschedule based on my availability. We understand that weather can be unpredictable, and I aim to be as flexible as possible. If rescheduling isn’t an option, you will be refunded any payments made beyond the non-refundable deposit. If the venue has an indoor option and the event can be moved inside, the event will proceed as planned with no need for rescheduling or refunds.
